I ordered Blemish Free early in February. My account was immediately debited $130. Website said when product was shipped, an email would be sent with instructions. I have emailed Charlene 3 times to ask if my order has been shipped? No reply, no reply, no reply. (only autoresponse, so I know my email was received. It's been almost a month. I am very frustrated because I want to try the product. Are they reputable??? Are there any lawsuits against them??
