I ordered a phone on January 19 and they immediately took money from my bank account, and charged me overnight shipping which I did not request, a week later I did not have my order so I called and called and never got in touch with anyone, no one ever returns calls or returned emails. I finally received the phone and it did not work, the screen on the phone would not display. The website says to call to get an RMA number to return items. I called and left message. Finally a guy named Armonda returns my call and gives me an RMA number and I returned the phone.
It is now April 1 and I still do not have another phone yet and cannot get in touch with anyone about this. I just want my money back and I will get a phone somewhere else. I should have done my research, this is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. People like this should be put out of business. Now they have my account information and I am worried out that.
