I purchase a satelite DSL modem from Dish Network in September. Since then I have poor customer service. I receive poor service from the non experience technicians claiming to be experienced. They were suppose to set up my dsl modem and they have not set up right. It also caused me several viruses to my personal computer which it did crash my computer. The package also came with a free antivirus software. But I never did receive, so I went out and spend more money for a good antivirus software. During this time I only receive 10-12 days I have serviced with Dish Network. I was charged for the full month. When I call customer service I keep getting the run around with no results. Dish Network does not want to work with me on this issues at all, and they even send noone out to help with our service we are paying full price. And we pay our bill every month with them. I also run a small business online, and I cannot get access to the internet at home to run my business. I am losing in the process not being able to take care of my customers.
