I signed up for Dish Network's promotional offer of $19.95 per month. I was required to submit a rebate form to receive a $10.00 per month discount on my Dish Network bill for a period of 10 months upon receipt of my rebate application. I sent in my rebate 4 weeks ago. They claim that they have not received my rebate.
When I try to contact the Dish Network rebate phone number I am unable to speak with a customer service rep. As there are none available due to such a large volume of calls. My Dish Network bill is also an absolute mess. I am a budget analyst who can not even figure out all the charges on my bill. Dish Network has applied charges that were advertised to be free.
