In May we purchased a 37" LCD TV, model PLTV3750, in the amount of $749.00. It stopped working in December so I contacted Prtron Digital Corp's Customer Service Warranty Dept. I was told to ship my defective unit to them and I would receive a replacement (NEW) in 2-3 weeks. They Received it on December 26th. I Called them on January 14th they claimed they did not received, even though I know for a fact they received it, they told me to call back in a week. I called January 22nd they told me they're out of stock call back in 7-10 days. I called February 1st they told me call back in 2 weeks. I called today, February 19th they told me call back Friday. I don't know what to do, as you can see they are giving me the runaround. Now it has been 2 months and I am still without my TV. Iam not the only consumer having this problem with Protron Digital Corp., there is a website "usacomplaints.com" that lists multiple complaints identical to mine.
