We purcahsed a 32" Flatscreen TV, manufactured by Protron and sold to us through ShopNBC Shopping Network, for $1300.00. When we took the TV out of the box and setup all the connections, including a wall mount, the picture did not work at all. It was discolored and distorted from DAY ONE! We called ShopNBC, they said to call Protron directly, under the warranty. Protron gave us a Return Authorization number and we sent it to them at a cost of $75.26 via UPS on February 11. We never heard anything, and were never contacted. We started calling them March 15 and have called them every two weeks since today, June 27. Everytime, some indain got on the phone and told us they were out of stock and to check back in two weeks for a shippment date. Now their phone is disconnected and I have read on this website that they filed bankruptcy. We contacted Ontario Police Dept at 909 395. They, in turn, gave us a Detective's name to contact for further investigation. For anyone else who needs to go after these thieves, call Ontario Police and if there are enough complaints of the same, maybe we can get somewhere.
I see alot of people from all states have gotten the same B.S.indian run around dance. I am also going to contact the FBI, since this is interstate and they have stolen TV's, etc. From everyone in the Country.
