Bought a flat screen TV through M. Beyer and Son Co.in Cleveland, Ohio Feb. 2006. TV would not turn on again after I moved and plugged it in again. I moved the TV myself so nothing would happen to it. Took extra care that it would not get damaged in anyway. Even though I took all the extra care, when I plugged it back in it would not work. Called the first 1-800 number on the owners manual and it was an adult sex line. What an earful that was. Found another number 1-888-257-8899 and called asking what we should do. The person on the other line told me steps to try to resolve the issue which did not work. Told me to send the receipt and the TV to the Ontario, California address which I had to pay for myself and they would either repair it or send me a replacement. Thankfully I did not throw the box out. Sent it on Dec. 4 through UPS, when USP confirmed that it was received by a Cunningham on Dec. 10 at 11:12 am in California I called to check on the staus. Said they received it and it would be shipped on Dec. 27 to call a few days before for a tracking number. Called on Jan. 7 said it would be another week and to call again. Called on Jan. 16 still not available. But would be shipping on Jan. 20 Called on Feb. 5 talked to a "Sean", said it would be shipped next week. Called on Feb. 12 said it would be shipped on Monday and to call for a tracking number. Talked to "Nikky" on Feb. 18 got the same run around. Called on March 7 same story. Talked to "Jack "on March 17, call back. Called April 8 talked a "Max", got the same song and dance. Called on May 7 and talked to "Jerrod" and got the same resonse. I also had the same strange Pakastanian man on all these calls who used a different name everytime I called. I also tried to talk to a supervisor and was told, "they are in a meeting or were not in." Did at last talked to a supervisor and was told I would be the first person to be shipped to and of course this was not true. It is now June 13 and the phone number I was using does not work. Do not buy any tv from this company, protron digital. Unless you have money to throw away and like to feel like you are banging your head against a wall!!!
