I purchased a Spectroniq PDV-768 Portable DVD Player from ShopNBC. I contact Protron Digital because I need a replacement power cord for my DVD player. I first spoke to them December and was told to send in $28.00 for the replacement cord. January 2 I sent them my check, as of this date (6/25) I have not received my power cord or a refund. I was today that a shipment of power cords should be coming in next week. I have been waiting since January.
I have spoken to someone name Mike, Paul, Raymond and Terrance. I have sent them a copy of the check because they said they couldn't find information on my request. I have sent a letter to the head quarter to no avail. Every time you call they keep saying give us a couple of weeks and call back so they can talk to our warehouse and see what is going on. I have also called ShopNBC to see if they could help me with this company. When I talk to someone from ShopNBC they keep saying that they are waiting on Protron to get back in touch with them so that they can discuss this situation
Please do not buy anything from this company as you are just throwing your money away.
