I bought a 32in Protron LCD. Tv. I was happy with the set but it broke while under warranty. I contacted the company and was told i would have to return the TV to them @ my cost and they would repair or replace the set in 4 to 6 weeks.
I shipped out the TV the first week of January @ a cost of $70. After the 4-6 weeks i called and was told that it would be another 10-12 days before i had my TV back... Every time i call i get the same response sorry sir it will be another 10-12 days. There is no manager to speak with (not that they speak english) no supervisor nothing. They can't even give you other contact info. I contacted the Better Business Bureau Of California and filed a complaint (Protron has Well over 500 companies according to them!). After 2 unsuccessful tries to reach Protron the BBB cannot go any further. They told me to call the Federal Trade Commission, I did and all they do is take your complaint and suggest you write a letter to the CEO, WTF? Is there really no hope for the little guy??
