Does not honor warranty

I bought a laptop computer from Dell Computers and purchased a 4 year warranty with it.
At first they were good about replacing parts that went bad.
But after 5th or 6th time I needed a repair on the computer they just have ignored me.
So far I have had 4 AC adapters replaced the modem twice, and it still does not work. My motherboard went out and they sent a tech out to replace it.
The tech did not bother to check if the computer worked after he chaged the parts. Before he drove out of the driveway I was trying to turn the computer on, it would not come on, I called Dell right away to tell them that the tech failed to fix the computer, they told me it was not the tech job to make sure it worked.
I have been calling & emailing Dell Computers for more then 5 months, and I still can't them to fix the damn thing. That is why I bought an extra warranty just in case.
My warranty says that if more then 4 parts have to be replaced they would give me a new or refurbished computer. The last time I talked to a Dell Customer service person they confirmed this. My husband and I have taken turns calling Dell on almost a daily basis. But still nothing has been done.
My computer won't turn on, the modem never really worked, and the screws are breaking off and I can't get the piece out, and the monitor (laptop) is falling off. I have reported them to the BBB but have not heard nothing yet.
This is not a cheap machine I paid $2800. For it and it has been nothing but trouble.
