Lease Finance Group continues to call me 5 to 6 times a day regarding the cancellation of this lease. The lease was signed in Dec. 2003 in July the credit card company raised our rate and did not promptly deposit our money. I cancelled the lease in July and went to my local bank for merchant service and obtained a credit card machine.
I returned Lease Finnace Group's credit card machine promptly accompanied by a letter. I notified Jeff Malin iwho represented Retriever Credit Card Co that we were going to cancel. I was given instrucitons of 30 day notice with my ID, name, reson for canceling. I followed all instructions. I have paid Lease Finance up until March 07 when the company I represented sold and went out of business. There is no more business, no checking account, it is over. I have paid Lease Finance Group more than enough.
I have sent 4 letters recently and they continue to hound me from 8am until 7pm with 6 calls a day. They are harassing me. The representatives of this company
are rude and aggressive. This company practices unfair business. I warn other merchants to not choose this company for a credit card machine.
