The company I am writing a report about is YourUplink.com. I did little research on the company, so their website is all I do know about them.
I found that they were selling a set of speakers about $70 cheaper than most websites so I figured it was a good deal and jumped on it. Little did I know that I would still be having problems with the order to this day.
I ordered the speakers in April but I never got confirmation that they were shipped. So I emailed them about 1-2 weeks later and found out that the item was back-ordered. I emailed them back to cancel the order but did not get a response back for another week when they told me they would refund me in a few weeks.
It's been over 2 months now and I have still not seen a refund for these speakers. I contacted the company via email about a week ago and I have not received a response from them concerning my refund.
I have a screenshot of when the order was charged on my credit card and also a screenshot showing that the order was indeed cancelled.
