I placed an order with this site on 12/15/01. The site explained that shipping could take up to 4 weeks. I checked back 2 weeks later and found that the site showed my order had shipped on 12/19/01. I waited and waited, by 1/15/01 still no order received. I emailed customer service and a representative emailed me back and asked me to wait until 1/23/01 to see if the order arrived, if not that they could send a replacement order by express mail or refund my money. On 1/23/01 I emailed the representative again to let them know I had not received the order and to refund my money. No response! It is now 2/13/02. I have emailed 3 more times with NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND, NO ORDER RECEIVED!!! A complete RIP-OFF!!!
