I ordered a cd in November as a gift for my sister. My credit card was charged, but she never received the item. I've tried to telephone or send emails but I never get any response other than to be told to send an email about the order. These people should be out of business. They will not talk on the phone or have any contact with the customer directly. Beware of purchasing any item from them.
