Order 1 item as christmas gift on 12/8. Credit card was charged but item was never shipped. Was told it shipped on 12/18 via ups but item was not received.
After many failed attempts to contact them by phone, was told via e-mail on 12/24 that due to weather related problems item was not picked up by Fed Ex. If I still wanted the item they would ship asap.
When I said yes I still want the item I was told there was a credit card problem. They would have to issue a credit and recharge my card. Once that happens it would ship.
After many more failed attempts to contact them by phone (voice mail only, with no call back) I contacted my credit card Co. They would reply to my e-mail that I would send each day with another excuse.
Finally after 6 weeks I canceled my order.
Are they a scam? I don't know, but it sure seems like it!
