I placed an order on November 14. I received one item in early December. The other item which was supposed to be a Christmas gift still has not shown up. Their web site even currently states that the item must be ordered by 12/9 to endure Christmas delivery. I beat that deadline by nearly 4 weeks, but there still is no answer as to what happened to my order. I have emailed the company several times—and have gotten no response. I have called several times and after waiting on hold for more than 2 hours was told that my item should arrive any day. Not only can a "custome service rep" and I use that label loosely—not tell me when my item may be shipped but they also have no idea where my item is.
Personal Creations.com has to be the worst company that I have ever purchased from. There customer service is the worst by far. I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence—I have no idea how they have any customers. One thing is for sure the customers they do have are one time only—no way would a customer willingly do business with this company more than once. It is January 1 and I still do not have my second item. The worthless order status web page tells me that my item is still in production—only 6 weeks later and I still have no idea where my item is.
