Terrible customer support for RMA

I purchased an electrostatic plasma ball from IGG online via Amazon.com on 16 Dec. Being a gift for my sister and her husband, it was shipped directly to their home address.

At the end of Dec my sister told me the item was defective. Over the past two weeks, I have tried three times to contact IGG via email requesting an RMA # in order to send the item back in exchange for a new one. I have received no response from IGG as of yet.

Twice, I have tried calling their 800 number, but I kept getting an automated response stating that their voice mail box is full.

This company has displayed terrible customer service and I highly recommend that any consumer avoid doing business with IGG Handheld Items.
