On February 13, I ordered a wireless Bluetooth headset and 3 stylus pens for my company cell phone. As of today, March 18th, I have not received the items. Three weeks ago I did receive an email saying that the item was on backorder (after I had to contact them to ask where my items were), but they expected them in a couple of days and them my order would be shipped. I have left several phone messages and sent many emails since then... No response. They have already charged my credit card and my order status on their website says "pending, " so I don't even have the option to cancel my order. Poor communication, horrible customer service... They have basically stolen my money... I will never do business with this company again.
