I called earthlink to set up DSL internet services. They stated they did offer DSL in my area, however they offered WiFi internet service. We signed up for the Wifi service however when we got the package the reception signel was not working. We called Earthlink to cancel services, the representative then stated they do have DSL in our area. We explained that the previous person at earthlink said they do not offer DSL in our area. The service rep stated he checked availability with our home phone number and they can offer DSL. We decided to go with DSL services however when we got the DSL modem package and attempted to set it up it did not work at all. Furthermore they charged shipping fee's of $20.00 for each package which they stated we cannot get back. They charged my account $146.00 dollars even after I returned all the packages. I think this is false advertisement the packages never worked and I am furious with this company.
