I activated my Boost Mobile phone with a temporary number until my contract with T-Mobile ran out.in that time before I ported my T-Mobile number over I had subscribed to their calltones service and bought $10 in calltones.
When I ported the number over I could not buy any more tones for the account so they said that they would do this.
The wqould delete the calltones account and create a new one. I asked her: Will I lose the music that is already on the account? She said thet i wouldn't.
When I reactivated the account the music was gone. I called and they said they would submit and "escalation" form. They did and they billing department said that they could neither credit the amount of the tones to the account nor put the tones back on the accout for free.
I spoke with a supervisor and he couldn't even do anything!
