I have been with Cingular since October.in this time, I have been accused of having my phone shut off five times for not paying my bill. I usually pay it a couple days late, but not late enough for my phone to be turned off.in addition, I would think that I would be able to notice my phone not working. Cingular keeps charging me a $36.00 restoral fee.
How do I get a restoral fee when my service doesn't need to be restored?! The representatives are so unbelievably worthless that they will take off the fee and add it back on later. Not only are they rude, but no one can explain my bill to me ever.
If anyone reading this is considering a cell phone company, I would strongly recommend NOT to go with Cingular.
