Boost Mobile, I thought was a decent pre-paid company to use. Some think just because you have a pre paid phone, you have shabby credit. Not always the case. I purchased this for my son who could keep in contact with me while out working, and not worrying about a outrageuos phone bill.
Noticed on the account that there was a breakage fee taken. Called and spoke to a "customer service" person. Dang, they must hire anyone off the street and don't even provide training, because, when speaking to her, after moments of hearing nothing out of her, I asked if she was still there. "Oh ya" she stated, she was trying to figure out what this meant.
I asked to speak to someone who could help, like a supervisor perhaps, and on hold I go. Then a "supervisor" comes on the phone (who was the same person) and trys to explain that if you dont "reboost" your account with the 90 days, you loose all the money in the account. I asked if there was 500.00 in the account, would you take that. She stated, YES! What a crock of crap. The 90 days wasnt up until midnight tonite! BEWARE, if you don't reboost within those 89 days, you "bank" will be drained.
