Horrible customer service Ripoff

On a wednesday i purchased a boost mobile phone from day one i had complications i called boost mobile to activate my cell phone they told me that my phone had not been activated properly at the store and i would have to pay 10 dollars for them to be able to set it up or they could ask another department to issue a credit which was issued the following day so i called back to have the phone services set up and also at the same time i wanted to disconnect a boost phone that had been stolen so the rep i spoke with disconnected the stolen phone and transfered that phone number to my new phone and the phone was working fine i also let her know i was wanting to port a phone number from a current phone provider i was with she said that would be fine but i had to wait until the following day because that department was closed. So i called the following day to have my phone number ported and they told me it would take a max of 24 hours for the port to go through so the next day i try to make a phone call and my phone is still not working so i call customer service the rep i spoke with told me she did not know why someone told me that b/c it actually takes 72 hrs for a port to fully go through. After 72 hrs has one by i call back b/c my phone is still not working they tell me a network ticket was put in and it would not clear until saturday. I call back on saturday b/c my phone is still not working they then tell me it could take 5 to seven buisness days for the phone to be working then they try to trouble shoot my phone by master reseting and resetting the defaults and none of this helps so then they tell me that there towers are down and thats why my phone isnt working and to call back tomorrow. So the next day i call back they then tell me that my phone isn't working b/c they were upgrading their systems and my phone number was one that was sent to the new system the rep i was speaking with said she was not familiar with the new system and she would have to transfer me so i am transfered when i get to that deparment i try to explain the situation with my phone they try troubleshooting again but it doesn't work so i asked to speak with a supervisor i then ask her if i cancel the ported phone number and take a boost number would my phone work and she tells me yes and it would take 24 hours for the phone to work so with her telling me that i also get on the premium plan which was 75 dollars the next day my phone still is not working so i call back i explain my situation to the rep and she then tells me the reason why my phone isn't working is b/c i changed my phone number but i still tryed to explain to her that in the begining it did work then she tells me that their is a default in the phone and to get another phone to put he sim card in i then tell her that i have just recently bought the phone but from then on out she talks over me and won't allow me to say anything so i ask to speak with a supervisor and she says all there gonna do is tell you the same thing so im on hold for about 15 mins and instead of speaking to a supervisor its her again and she then tells me their systems are down and it would be awhile before its back up and we then begin to fuss and she disconnects the call so i call back and its her again so i asked if i could be taken off the premium plan b/c i can't use the phine and i would loose all the money for that month she tells me no its non refundable and i should have read the terms and conditions so i disconnect the calll i call back to speak with another rep they tell me the same thing that the plan is non refundable so i ask to speak with a supervisor and he says their gonna tell you the same thing the supervisor gets on the phone and tells me the same thing so ask for the corporate ofice address he tells me no one is in the corporate office and they don' t have an address he told me i should log onto boostmobile.com and i could input my feedback i then ask him if the corporate office has a phone number he says no so i ask him if my account wold be refunded for the days i was unable to use my phone and he says no and i said so im basically losing my money and he says yes so i disconnect the call and call back and finally a rep gives me the corporate office address it has now been a week and a day and my phone is still not working and nobody in the boost mobile customer service department cares and all the money i put on my account will never be refunded back to me and from the way it looks i will never be able to use it.
