They took $15.00 from my bank account with no authorization! Ripoff

I have my bank debit card charged whenever I "reboost". About a week ago, I was going over my bank statement and I noticed that my account was charged a $15.00 reboost fee. I thought that was odd considering I had just reboosted 3 days before the date of this new transaction as it showed on my bank statement also. I went into my boost account and checked to see if I was credited an extra $15.00, but found that I wasn't. Looking at the numbers on my bank statement a little closer, I noticed that the card they charged was my husbands (our debit cards have different numbers, but same bank account). So again I went on boosts website and pulled up his account, but saw that he has not had $15.00 credited to his account. I called my husband at work and asked him if he had reboosted on that particular date. He said he didn't and that he hadn't reboosted in about 3 weeks prior to that. I was PISSED at that point. I called boost and complained that they have no right to just take money whenever they feel like it, and I was told I had to "file a report" with them and it would take several days to "investigate" the issue. They said if it shows that they are in the wrong, they will credit my bank account. I'm still waiting. F'n thiefs.
