Purchased two tivos on december 19 for my sons for christmas. I mailed in the rebates after christmas. I was advised that this would take approximately six weeks to receive the rebates of $150 each. To date i have not received either check. Per tivorebates both checks have been mailed.
I advised tivo that i was moving on 04/10/06 and i did not want the checks to be forwarded and request they change the address immediately which they did not do.
At this time, i am requesting you stop payment on the two lost checks and re-issue two new ones which will be send over night federal express, united parcel or similar service asap. It has been eighteen weeks which is a far cry from six (6)
