Support. Broadbandoffers.com deceptive business practices, non received rebates through mail, cancellation of rebate due to expired pay out date

Foolowed all instructions to get rebates for comcast service through broadbandoffers.com. Upon follow up to check status of rebates - support. Braodbandoffers.com - I was informed that there was no need to follow up, that the checks would be in the mail. After not receiving checks for 5 months, I followed up again with customer service.

It was explained that the checks had been mailed out, it was passed the expiration date for the checks so that there would be no reissuance of checks. The customer service representative I spoke with said that the checks did not appear to be checks in the mail, that the envelope mailed appeared to be advertising and was I sure that I did not throw the checks away. As I have been waiting for the checks, I have scoured my mail. I never received the checks.

I am unable to get through to customer service, multiple wait times of more then 10 minutes.
