I ordered new service from them of internet and cable. The guy came and blew my computers harddrive. It smelt like smoke. He rushed out and was scared.
I have been calling since that date march 8th and it is now april 12th and still nothing is done about it. They said they will send someone out to check out the situation.
My computer is only 14 months old and is not covered by dell warrantly after 12 months.
I have called almost every single day since march 8th. I have spoken to so many people. Supposdly a tech will be coming out this week but I have to leave work early and they have not called to confirm they are coming out.
I am so screwed and I don't know what to do. This is so unfair and I have been so nice to everyone. I don't want to have to lose it as I know the person I am calling it is not their fault. But no one is helping me.
I also just rcd a bill from them and have paid it like a fool. But I don't pay bills late and I don't want to start. But they are still billing me for internet when I have not used it as the guy blew my computer.
This is a major inconvience as I have a side business on line and pay bills on line. I cannot do this at home. Therefore I have to get to work early or stay late in order to do all these things. This is horrible! Pls help me!
