Ever since we switched from Time Warner to Frontier we have had nothing but problems. Our first problem was every time we would log into our computer it would display page not available or no internet access check your cable connections. So everytime it said that we would have to log off our computer and unplug our modem and connections and log back in for the same thing to happen to us. I have spoken to 3 different tech's about the situation and the one i spoke with over the phone said in one months time he shows our computer shut down 100 times and he said it's not our computer it's the connections so he called his manager and sent a tech out to our house on april 11th to finally fix the issue which is still not fixed. I feel that we should be reimbursed for all the problems and should be able to cancel our contract with them due to all the issues we have with them. Another major issue that happened is another company called Clear Rate took it upon themselves to send us a bill to switch to them which we did not authorize so my husband right away contacted frontier and they said they would fix it and gave my husband a lock code so it could'nt happen to us again, in the meanwhile we received 2 separate bills, one from frontier and one from direct tv so we called again and they said our bundle pkg was broke due to what Clear Rate done and they could not re-bundle our pkg so now instead of 123 dollars a month we now have to pay almost 200 dollars a month... It's a bunch of crap and I would never in a million years refer anyone to sign up with Frontier, I feel they are crooks...
