Inphonic refuses to remit $200 cellular phone rebate! Ripoff

I purchased a New Motorola Razr V3 Cellular phone with new activation of Tmobile service on 11/06 online through wirefly.com. They promised a $200 rebate for this phone providing amongst other things you wait 60 days before you send in the rebate with all reciepts etc.

On 2/6 I submitted the rebate with all necessary paperwork including the cellular phone bill which unbeknowst to me was paid late by one day so the bill I sent showed a double balance. I did correct this and sent them the new bill showing the balance being paid to complete the rebate process.

I have since then inquired about the rebate in which I was told with an automated voice on the phone or code online *OB WIRELESS BILL MUST BE PAID IN FULL. I have submitted this information both by US PRIORITY MAIL and FAX on 2 seperate occasions and still have yet to receive my rebate!

You cannot speak to anyone on the phone and Ive left numerous voicemails in which my calls went unreturned! ITS CLEAR THAT THEY WANT TO MAKE THE CONSUMER GIVE UP ON THE REBATE THEREFORE MAKING A LARGE PROFIT FOR THEMSELVES!

I want my $200 rebate and have already contacted the BBB Bureau and soon will contact the US District Atty's office and my local News station. This is ridiculous, it has been 4 months and still NO REBATE!!!
