My husband and i have had time warner cable sence april and they haven't sent out bills and they call to let us know our bills and we tell them that we haven't recieved a bill and they basically tell us its our fault. We paid a bill September 15 and they called us October 4 telling us that on October 6 they service will be shut off for none payement in a 2 months we told them that we made a payment September 15 they seen that in thier records and they said that was fine but still wanting to charge us $400 for two months behind how can we be 2 months behind if we just payed them about 2 weeks ago? Warning do not go with this company they will not send you a bill over charge you and then try to tell you its your fault for not getting bills.
