I ordered a dimension 3000 it came in broken. I sent back for replacement. They said well send you a new one. The new one never came. I waited 6 months and all I got was confusion and excuses from both companys.
As I did not recieve my computer I did not pay for it on dell financial account. After they started calling me to pay I told them I never recieved the replacement, and they said I have to pay anyways. So I did cause there was over 500 dollars of late charges and huge fees on my bill. I got angry of the late charges and just paid it off, still no dimesion 3000. I have now paid 1500 dollars for a 800 dollar computer I still do not have.
Many days on phone and many hours on hold and no one cares cause the two companys do not comunicate to each other. No one will help me and the attitude over there in india or where ever they are, is horrible they are tired of us americans and they show it. The higher in command I went the more rude they became.
I got no satisfaction as of this date. Paid for the computer and still don't have and it doesn't look like I'm going to get this resolved. NEVER buy a dell again. I will buy from my neigborhood computer specialist so I can talk to an american in person.
