Customer Service is Terrible

I placed an order for a lap-top computer on the 26th Feb on the Dell.ca website. On the 28th, I still had no confirmation on the order. I called the customer service number and was told to call the next day, as they had gone home. I then contacted them via the website and was informed that there was no order in the system. I chatted with the person and said that I had better not end up with two computers in the end. I placed the second order on the 28th Feb. On the 1st March I received confirmation of both orders. I contacted them again, and was told it was too late to hold the second computer, but would get the courier company to hold the second computer back and get them to return it to Dell. On the 2nd March, the first computer arrived. On the 3rd March the second computer arrived and they charged me for it even though I refused to accept it. During this time, I kept contacting Dell. I finally contacted the courier company to find out where the second computer was, as Dell said that the computer had to be returned to them, before thay would refund my money to me. It would then be another 7-10 working days before that would happen. The computer finally returned to dell on the 9th March. I have tried to speak to someone in Canada but everything is run from India. They will not refund my money now, even though they took it from my account illegally. I will never buy another thing from Dell and strongly advise everyone to think twice before they do too. $50 does not even start to compensate me for what I have been through.
