Billing Practices, Not Prorating

If you cancel your service after your next billing cycle begins, they will not prorate your account.

I cancelled my service 10 days into the next billing cycle. They will not prorate my account.

I originally signed up with AT&T. I never received Cingular's terms of agreement or signed a contract with them after their merger.

AT&T has a class action suit against them for not prorating accounts when service terminated during a billing cycle.

You shouldn't have to pay for services not received or used. After I cancelled, I wasn't receiving or using Cingular's wireless service.
