Ripoff liars terrible customer service

I received a DXG Camera for Christmas and within 1 week the screen went all white. I took the camera back to the retail store where it was purchased and they exchanged it for another. Within 1 week the EXACT same thing happened to this one. Well the store wouldn't take it back as I no longer had the receipt.

I contacted DXG directly and they said it was under warranty and I could send it to them. They would either repair it or replace it with a new one. The guy I spoke to said it would take 24-48 hours to determine the problem and then allow 6-8 days to receive it back. They received the camera on the 20th of February. I called them the end of the month and asked where it was and was told it would be shipped on the 28th and I should have it by the 6th of March.

Well upon another call to them today, I was told it shipped on the 5th and I should have had it by now. I try to tell him what I was told from the beginning and he said I was lying as noone would have told me that.

I truly think since I have no record except that I shipped it to them and they received it, that I will ever get a camera back. They are 2000 miles away from me and there is nothing I can do. They wouldn't tell me who it was supposedly shipped with or give any tracking information.

BEWARE! Of buying a DXG Camera. Their company and service SUX!
