Ripoff radio shack beats out all competitors and then doesn't honor their rebate. It is a complete scam Los Angeles california

I purchase a Panasonic Answering Machine because of
the rebate offer. They notified me that they have received my submission request and that it would take 10 to 12 weeks before I received the rebate. After 12 weeks I contacted Radio Shack. It wasn't easy. I was put on hold for an half hour and then they disconnected me. This happen several times, but I did"t give.

A nasty person told me that I didn't sent in the U.P. C
code. This is a LIE! I made very sure that I cut out the code and included it in the envelope.

They say they mailed me a postcard with the rejection on
Jan 25.2006. I did not receive that either.

I copied what I have sent to them. I only have a copy of the bar code numbers but not the actual bar code.

IN so many words their very nasty representative told me
to JUMP IN THE LAKE.

IT SOUNDS TO ME THAT THE REPS HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO
ABRUPTLY GET RID OF COMPLAINERS. // and get out of
the rebate offer.

This is a disgusting business practice and the whole country should be aware to stay our of their stores.
