After wainting 3 months... No Sprint Rebate!

In Oct I bought 3 phones from Radio Shack using the Sprinr service. I sent in the rebate form which was provided by Radio Shack with all the information that was needed. A month later I went to the rebate site to check on my rebate. There was a message posted that the sales slip was missing.

I then contacted Radio Shack and told them of the problem. On Nov22 They faxed them all the information that they claimed they were missing. I continued to check the web site but gothe the same results of the missing paperwork.

On Jan 17 I contacted Radio Shack again and told them I didnt recieve any rebate and there was no new information on the website. They then contacted a rep at Sprint and they told him that they couldnt find any info that was faxed back in Nov. Radio Shack Then faxed the needed information once again. The rep from Sprint told Radio Shack she would email me with conformaton of recieving the fax.

To this day I hvent reieved any followup and there is no change to the website. Today Jan 23, I will have to call back Radio Shack to see Whats going on. After looking on the web and fing many complaints I feel Sprint Has given the rebate world a bad name. I wish there was something I could do.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in along time for such a big company. It shouldnt take allmost 6 months to get a rebate!
