I have a dish network account and have been a faithful customer for over a year.in the beginning I was very excited to have satellite television. The customer service in the beginning was very good they answered my questions about how to record etc. Everything was going along great I even told 2 co-worker who signed up for dish service as well.
That all changes when I noticed that on my monthly bills there were paid previewed movies that I did Not order.in fact I have a password protect on all of my Televisions and my daughter has no clue what it is and I change it every month just to be on the safe side.
When I noticed the charges and called they argued with me and said I ordered the movies or someone in my house did I asked them the time and date and it was like at 3:45 AM and it's just me and my daughter who sleeps like a rock until 7 am. After arguing with them and telling them over and over I didn't order it I asked that they remove the charges and they refused.
After that I changed the passwords once again and only ordered one movie and sure enough on my next statement 3 movies were charged to my account this time I raised h#ll and they did take it off then the next month I had a normal bill then to my surprise the most recent bill had 4 movies on it!
I did not order any of them when I called customer service I really had a hard time understanding the gentleman he didn't speak English well and he basically told me I did it and there is no way to deny it. I know I did not order the movies 2 I never even heard of. I was not getting through to him so I asked for a supervisor and he asked me why do you need to speak to one? You ordered these movies mam.
Well I am at my wits end. I want justice and I want to know what I can do about this. After reading other post on this site I feel there are doing this periodically here and there hoping customers don't pick up on it. Dish network is very honest. There wonderful in the beginning then look out they will steal from you.
I want justice!
