Sent rebate in at the end of Dec. 2005. Checked website, said not to inquire until the maximum time of delivery (10-12 weeks) was up. Website said for this particular rebate, couldn't track, needed to allow the maximum time before contacting by phone.
Called On the 13 week. Company said they never received it. Cannot resubmit because I do not have the original upc code. I do have the form, original duplicate receipt, upc number, and sku number.
After researching, found that this seems to be common practice for Radio Shack.
