I also saw this item on T.V. And thought it would be a good item. Boy was i wrong. I ordered my item on 6/28/05. They said it would be shipped and at my doorsteps in two weeks. It never came so i called back and they said it was on back order. After about 3 months i recived it.
It worked fine for about a month then the red started chipping off. I looked on there website (that they have now removed) and it was a posting stating that some irons were doing this although they thought it was only a few. I called and reported it and they sent me a new one.
This new one worked maybe 2 weeks and then i went to use it and it wouldn't turn on. I reported this and i was told i would be called back in a couple of days. I started back using the first one... About a week later it quit working.
By now i was furious. I called back and told the lady at the customer service that i wanted my money back. SHE LAUGHED AT ME!!! She then went on to tell me that i would recieve a refund of 119.97 credited back to my account within 24-72 hrs. She was really rude and a complete moron. She also said i would recieve 2 return slips in the mail. So i could send back teh crap i bought. I waited about 2 weeks and had got nothing... No money NOTHING!
Thats when i called back to find out they were " Updating there phone lines" I may have fell for buying a cheap piece of junk but i'm not a complete moron. It has been almost 4 months now and i still have heard nothing. I have sent e-mails, called and left messages... Everything. Now i called back today and it said that the number was invalid or had been blocked from my area code.
These people are frauds and need to be stopped. They had no intention of ever giving anyone a good item or returning there money when they found out it was a peice of junk. I am out of 134.96 and i want it back. I would love to talk to that lady that laughed at me when i told her i wanted my money back just one more time. This really burns my * up.
