I ordered an item online and waited about a week and still never recieved the item i called the company and they told me it was in the process of being shipped i waited about another week and called them back because I still never recieved it they decided to tell me that the order had not been shipped because the item was sold out so i told them the situation and they told me wait they do have some in that they would have to reprocess my order because the other one had been canceled so i waited about three days and called them back because my order still hadnt been shipped it has been a month now and i still havnt recieved the item so i called them back becauce my order sitll hasnt been shipped and i found the item at another store so i wanted to cancel my order they told me my order couldnt be canceled even tho it hasnt even been shipped yet. They did nothing to fix the problem. I am very dissapointed
