Ripoff on rebates defective merchandise failure to ship and bait and switch

The worse thing any company can do is upset a computer builder. So pay attention, I fired this supplier for very poor performance on the last two orders. I have had a few problems in the past with Tiger and they were resolved quickly except for one small one. Since then, I have acquired a test procedure, if I test the water first before dealing with a new company by sending an e-mail inquiry about anything and that e-mail goes unanswered... Move on to someone else!

The last two big orders from Tiger had many problems of which none were resolved. The second to last order was suppose to have a new DVD recorder which they sent a refub. They claimed that the website had refurb on it, but I could not find that anywhere! I learned how to read at a university from which I can read my degree in marketing... Still have trouble finding that refurb word anywhere! That same order came with an obvoiusly returned before and damaged packaging for a KVM switch. That switch was defective and when I mentioned it to them I was given the "over 30 day" song and dance routine that has been mentioned before by others in this website. That switch eventually hit the trash can.

The motherboard made by Mach Speed had a rebate which was never honored by Mach Speed. I also noted that Tiger only sent a packing slip while Mach Speed wanted copies of both a packing slip and bill copies. My packing slip did have amounts billed on it. You may wish to see the Mach Speed complaint I filed. That rebate was filed back in 9!

Final order from Tiger was shorted the few hard drive IDE cables. A few calls to get the short order resulted in the run a round. One person even told me there was no such thing as an IDE cable! Past time to fire when they told me that one! Bottom line, still no cables and Tiger has lost my business totally. I had to replace those cables locally for a customers computer.

Bottom line, Tiger can not be trusted to even ship expensive correct and working equipment let alone at all. Rebates just do happen either. I decided at this point from now on, an e-mail inquiry to any possible company supplier is the first litmus test. If they do not respond to your quote product question, then you can bet they have poor customer service! Companies like these give the internet world a bad reputation. When it comes to merchandise, I am becoming more, money in on hand, merchandise in the other! Hello Wal-Mart and Sam's! Service is what counts!
