I had first seen the tru ceramic pro on tv and thought that it would be a great item.
The first few weeks I had it the red paint began to come off I called and made a complaint and they stated it should not do that. The next few weeks I was using it and it just would not turn on no more it was burnt out. I called tru ceramic pro after having a hectic time getting a hold of them and they stated in 4-7 weeks they would send me a new one and to ship the old one back to them which I did.
It has been months now and I am so frustrated I had paid a $140.00 for a piece of crap. I have been calling and they say their phones are updating ok their phones have been updating for the past few months now this is just ridiculous! And there is no other way it seems to get a hold of them I have even sent them a few letters and still no responses this is not right!
I have read many responses from other people and it seems like they are just giving everyone the run around I really think something needs to be dont with this company. I am sure many people have ordered this item and if they had a problem with it they are just giving everyone the run around this is fraud and its not right at all.
