I had a 4 year service contract on my HP camera so I dropped of my camera for service. When I went to pick it up they could not find my camera.
I visited the store several times and was told to return at a later date. When I returned, still no camera. I went to the store over 25 times. I faxed corporate headquarters with the complaint and recieved no reply. I called customer service several times too and they were at a loss to what to do. They said they would call me back but never did. During this time I got pregnant. While I was pregnant they made me stand on lines that were sometimes over an hour long to tell me they could not find my camera. Since then I gave birth, have moved twice, no longer live in Virginia and therefore got ripped off.
