Please beware of dish network. Unfortunatly I signed up with them about 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems. If you want to see terrible customer service try contacting DISH with a problem. They do not gaurantee their equipment which they lease to you! So if their is a problem you pay for their tecnician to come out and fix it. And belive me I have had pleanty of problems with their equipment! I have sent back one box already and the tech. Has been out twice to reconnect everything. The customer service agents are idiots when you call. The managers are not much better. So please look for something better than dish network.
