Recieved defective equipment from Vonage, could not recieve incoming calls UNLESS it was via "call waiting". Had to reset the box 8,9 times a day just to make a few outbound calls. Recieved ANOTHER defective box after Vonage rep promised to re-set my "trial period" to when the new box was sent (Lie, don't believe their lying customer non-service reps, get it in writing).
Vonage refuses to pay freight to return THEIR defective devices, then charged me $99 for the damned things!
Zero customer service, low quality equipment, they don't accept third party billing for long distance (their rates overseas are way to high), I had to pay $175.00 total for a service that never worked! What a ripoff!!!
