Ripoff dishonest billing, rude

Called TV Jacks regarduing our 56" Samsung TV. We had a converstion problem and the screen had a double picture. We set up a day for them to pick up the TV since they do not do in home service. They arrived a day late and wanted an upfront pick-up/diagnostic fee of $149.99.

They cashed the check the next day before even diagnosing the problem. We were not given a time estimate of how long the work would take. I was told over the phone before they arrived and took my payment/tv that a converstion problem would likely cost 3-$400.

A day later I had to fight to talk to a person who worked on my tv to find out how much it would cost and what the problem was. I was told it would cost $600.00 and that it was in fact a converstion problem. I explained that was not the estimate given to me over the phone. They asked me who it was that gave me that estimate. I could not recall any names.

I was told by the owner that the store had to put tv's outside because of their limited space and # of tv's they had to work on. These employees/owner are extremely rude and do not care about the customer whats so ever. Get your TV fixed elsewhere. I'm getting my tv out of this shop immediately and will find someone else to fix it.
