This nightmare started 2/27/06. This company charged me a $60 diagnostic fee. I explained that I had spilled a little bit of water on the keyboard and since than I've been getting a stuck key' error message. Later they gave me a written estimate of $78.29 to repair my computer. I was told my computer would be ready for pick-up the following week. Three weeks later I contacted them and was told, oh they haven't called you yet. I said, no they have not. I was told by Brian that I could pick-up my computer anytime. I picked it up, got it home, booted it up and I couldn't move the icons and every time I would do a right mouse click, I would get drop menus. I never had these problems prior to dropping my computer off. I immediately called Ralph's and spoke to Brian. I explained what was happening and he said he knew what the problem was. I brought it back the next day. They booted it and the person who supposedly repaired it couldn't figure out the problem. He said I have a WINDOWS problem. I said, if I had a WINDOWS problem, how come the diagnostic didn't diagnose the problem. He lied. Later I was told by Ralph that I had a virus. That to was a LIE. Prior to dropping my computer off the first time it was wiped out and besides that Best Buy had already performed a REAL diagnostic on it and there were NO VIRUSES FOUND and WINDOWS was working properly. They created problems that did not exist and wanted me to pay for it. I ended up leaving it there again for repair. Later I was told it was a MOUSE PROBLEM and that it would cost me an additional $60 to repair it. I was livid. Anything related to the original problem should have been addressed and repaired the first time. I returned to pick-up my computer again, they booted it and BELIEVE IT OR NOT, they had not repaired it. I waited for 2 hours and did not walk out with my computer. Beware of this company, they are shisters.
