Ripoff and rude personnel

Ordered camera online. Checked on it as I didn't recve confirmation email of order. Was told this was a camera from overseas w / no english manuels and it would take 4 wks to get, as they had to order it, 3 wks and then another wk to me. Was told I could get a USA camera for more.

Went ahead and ordered it. I had the first time told them that their online ad says nothing about two different cameras. Price difference was considerable. Recvd the package and called them to complain that for the price I paid according to their web site I should have gotten a package deal.

The manager stated he didn't have time for this and didn't want to hear anything. He wouldn't even let me speak, kept cutting me off. Wanted to know if I was keeping it or if I wanted to send it back, just kept asking that. I finally said just give me the ref number to send it back.

They are charging me 5% restocking fee and the shipping will not be refunded and I have to pay to send it back. They just don't care whether they have your business or not.
