I wanted a good video camera i found best price camera from google search. I found what i wanted a jvc hd3 video camera. So i ordered it 513.00 shipping 35.00 for 3 day. The next day i got a phone call from a sales guy from the company his name is chris, he began to tell me that the video camera that i ordered didn't come with a battery or a charger the total was going to be 940.00 so i begain to get upset with him he told me that the company couldn't make any money with just a low price the accessiories is where they make there money. The other web site like circuit city and best buy had to for around the price that they wanted so i said ok. Two hours later this web site and here ones, a lot of other ones saying that they got ripped off by this company. I call them and canceled the order i talked to chris and told him to cancell the order tw0 hours after i talked to him about the accessiories i asked him to give me a cancel # he said that they don't do that but he would cancel the order. Four days later i got a knock at the door it was u.P. S with a package from you know who best price cameras i refused the camera didn't sign for it told ups to send it back. I call my credit card company and found that they charged my card 940.00 i disputed the card they told me they would take care of it. Don't order anything from this company from
