Purchased a Kodak digital camera. Our first ever. Love the picture quality, features, and ease of use. Purchased a new computer system and portable printer for our new digital picture experience.in September the camera stopped working. It won't power on/off. The lens won't go back in. I called Kodak, no problem it is still under warranty. The problem is I have to pay for shipping to a Dallas, TX business that is contracted with Kodak.in addition I had to pay extra charges because of the camera value. I don't think consumers should have to pay shipping cost on merchandise that is under warranty. They have no local authorized repair shops. I live in Phoenix, now the 5th largest metro area, and no shops! What a rip-off.
